Energy Advantage is a monthly newsletter that focuses on the climate of oil and energy investing. I was tasked with refreshing the layout and design of the newsletter, and developing a more recognizable brand presence for Energy Advantage. Prior to the redesign, the service had a limited identity: only a logo and a color scheme. I focused on developing stylized illustrations throughout the newsletters and introducing typography to break up the otherwise dense read. Limited to only two colors, I settled on a flat style composed of gradients and geometric shapes to make the infographics easier to digest.
